However, it is important to note that users may vary the default position of the rights in their work product by confirming the agreed position in writing using the Content Cloud messaging system before any work commences.
If the position is not clearly agreed between the Users in writing then the default position stated in point 3.6 shall apply.
For the avoidance of doubt, photographers, illustrators and videographers are provided with a free-form box on the work submission page where they may also agree the rights that are granted in writing should they wish to vary the default position.
