- I've submitted my work through Content Cloud. What happens next? And when will I get paid? You don't have to do anything. The client will either request amendments or "approve" your work on Content Cloud. When it has been "approved", you will be paid within 30 days. Payments will be made directly into your bank account. To find out what date you will be paid, check the bottom of the "payment due by" column, which is found here: thecontentcloud.net/contentdesk/payment/liability
- Do l need to send an invoice? No. Money will be transferred directly into your bank account.
- I am a freelance journalist/designer and don't have a VAT number. Is this a problem? No. It's not an issue if you don't have a VAT number. The payment is made in exactly the same way.
- What is my Content Cloud current account balance? That just shows you how much money we owe you. The payment will be made directly into your bank account, as explained above.
