  1. What happens if I miss my deadline? You can discuss this with the publisher. They might be willing to extend your deadline. If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, the Content Cloud team will aim to help both parties reach an agreement.
  2. What happens if l change my mind and decide not to finish a job? You can discuss the matter with your publisher, but please provide as much notice as possible. If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, the Content Cloud team will aim to help both parties reach an agreement.
  3. My publisher has returned my job claiming I’ve copied it from a specific source. On what basis can he say that? Content Cloud provides publishers with a plagiarism tool in order to protect them from infringement of copyright. However, if you feel that your work is in fact original, you can contact the Content Cloud team and we will try to resolve the dispute.
  4. My article has been approved but my publisher doesn’t want to pay the whole fee, claiming he isn’t entirely satisfied with the quality of my work. Can they do that? The Content Cloud team will aim to help both parties reach an agreement based on the communications between you within the system. Please get in touch with your Account Manager or speak to us via the user enquiries system.  
  5. I feel that a publisher has rated me unfairly. What can l do? The Content Cloud team will help both parties reach an agreement
